What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, debit, PayPal, Interac e-transfer, and cash (for in-person pickup options.)
What are your customization terms and conditions?
Once an order is placed, the consumer agrees to follow through with the customization process. Base fees for custom bracelets start at $30 CAD and may increase depending on the design and materials selected. It is our discretion to price accordingly and the consumer will be informed once the design has been approved. When the consumer accepts the terms and conditions, they also certify that all information listed is accurate and true. We are not held liable if you fail to notify us of any changes or mistakes once the design has been approved and the product is made.
What is your return policy?
All items are final sale, as once a crystal goes to its new home it picks up energies, as your crystal becomes attuned to you. Just as we pick crystals for their energies (they call us if we are resonating or in need of their energy/properties) they also pick us as well. We offer exchange or store credit for unworn jewelry in its original condition within 10 days of purchase. (earrings are final sale.)
Do you offer gift cards?
